1. T Series Multi-Station Deburring Machines.
The T Series is a fully-automatic multi-station set of deburring machines which adopt dry brushers to deburr. In addition, it adopts PLC to control the equipment. Overall working process is fully automated. The technological parameters of the hairbrush, such as working deflection angle, rotation speed, direction, and so on, can be programmed; the hairbrush compensates automatically. The technical parameters of each station are controlled independently. The stations adopt a slewing system. Auto-rotation of the parts and rotation of the turntable are controlled by different motors and can be linked with clamps. Overall protection and fault self-diagnosis of the equipment complies with European standards. The T Series has high working efficiency, low fault rate, good flexibility, and can implement efficient operation of products. The electric circuits, air and oil pipes are arranged in a crisscross pattern. Although the structure of the equipment is complex, the T series multi-station deburring machine is the 3rd generation after continuous optimization and improvement by Promax; its mechanical and electrical structures and components are maturing and perfecting. Thus, it is a high performance to price ratio machine capable of replacing imported equipment. Six-station or four-station machines are available according to user’s requirements; the power heads can move either by stepping motion, or by compound motion according to the shape of the part.
2. The PT Series Double-Surface Deburring Machines with Automatic Surface Turning.
These series of machines are especially designed and developed for parts where burrs are formed along the edges after double surface milling and/or grinding; they can automatically remove the burrs on both surfaces of the part. There are two types of machines: the universal type and the high-end type. The universal machine contains a wide conveying belt, so multiple different sized parts can be deburred at the same time. As our company’s original product, in comparison with similar foreign equipment, the Universal PT series double-surface deburring machines have the following advantages:

Multiple rows of parts with different size can be processed at the same time, while the foreign equipment can only allow parts entering in one single row.

Economic deburring machines for fine blanking parts:
This type of the machine is the economic configuration of the deburring machines for fine blanking parts. During the deburring process, the first power head removes the burrs on the flanges of the?? parts, and the second power head removes the sharp edges and forms a uniform radius. Thus, the structure is simple, the efficiency is high, and the operation is easy and convenient; one part can be processed in average 2-3 seconds. Combined Deburring Machines for Fine Blanking Parts
This type of the machine integrates the design of wet deburring and cleaning. The power heads adopt the design of multiple disk brushes and servo lifting control. During the running process, the double power heads work at the same time, yielding higher precision and efficiency than conventional machines. The power heads and the conveying mechanism are especially designed for fine blanking parts, so that the efficiency of the machine can match with the imported high-speed fine-blanking press. In addition, the size of the radius can be quantitatively controlled. This automatic type of machine can be widely applied. It is the first and only machine on the national market, and is going to the international market.? It is another big breakthrough from our research.
Deburring Machines for Bent or Uneven Surface Fine Blanking Parts
This machine adopts one output six roller-brush form, and can be swung leftwards and rightwards. After matched with different grinding tools, the machine can be used for deburring and polishing the surfaces with large height differences, and also for deburring gaps in especially surface protected parts; it is another competitive high performance to price ratio equipment.
